Search for “Bali Swing” or “Ubud swing” today and you will find many different attractions – but they are not all the same experience.
The original BALI SWING® concept began in 2017, combining the sensation of swinging through Bali’s tropical landscape with beautiful scenery and memorable moments worth capturing. As the concept became known around the world, more swing attractions began appearing across Bali.
Today, some focus on extreme rides, some on rice-terrace views, some on photography, and others combine swings with larger tourist attractions. Ticket structures also vary – from all-inclusive access to individually priced swings.
There is also an important distinction worth knowing: BALI SWING® is the name of a specific brand and attraction, while “Bali swings” is commonly used for the wider category of swing attractions across the island.
Bali Swings Near Ubud – Quick Answer
The Official BALI SWING® is located in Sidan Village, East of Ubud. A Single Ticket is IDR 400K and includes unlimited access to all 12 swings and photo spots. Other popular swing attractions near Ubud include Real Bali Swing, Bali Swing Pioneer, Swing Heaven, Alas Harum, Aloha Ubud Swing and Zen Hideaway. They differ in location, scenery, swing design, ticket prices and what is included.
What Should You Compare Before Choosing a Bali Swing?
The best choice depends on what you want from this experience. Look beyond the headline entrance price and compare the full experience: location, scenery, swing construction, safety equipment, number of included attractions, ticket structure, timed booking, photography, video and dress options.
Location also deserves a closer look. “Near Ubud” can mean north, west or east of town. The most convenient attraction may therefore depend on where you are travelling from – not simply on the distance from Ubud Center.
1. Official BALI SWING® – Sidan, East of Ubud
For travelers who want to experience the Bali Swing concept as it was meant to be.
Official BALI SWING® in Sidan brings together the elements that shaped the original experience: the sensation of flying between natural palm trees, beautiful Balinese scenery, thoughtfully designed swings and photo spots, and an atmosphere created around freedom, confidence and fun.
Located at Kissidan Eco Hills in Sidan Village, East of Ubud, the park is surrounded by tropical jungle and authentic rice terraces. The swings are connected to natural palm trees, creating the natural flying sensation that became a signature of the BALI SWING® experience.
BALI SWING® is not simply about how high you swing. It is about the whole experience – the sensation of flying, the view around you, the freedom of the moment, and how beautiful and confident you feel while doing it.
The park offers 12 swings and photo attractions: Flying Swing, Panoramic Swing, Tandem Jungle Swing, Romantic Bed Swing, Spinning Luna, Jungle Nest, Hobbit Nest, Panoramic Nest, Jungle Heart, Bali Charm Gate, Signature Bloom Terrace and Cinematic Terraces.
All tickets include unlimited access to all 12 swings and photo spots during the visit.
Ticket Price
- Single Ticket IDR 400K
- Couple Ticket IDR 680K
- Family Ticket IDR 1.2M
Official BALI SWING® offers advance booking by dedicated time slots. Managing arrivals in time slots helps distribute guests throughout the day and reduce waiting times at the attractions.
Optional Photo Service is available for guests who want their experience captured throughout the park, including photos and short videos. Flying dress rental and drone video are also available.
The Sidan location can be particularly convenient for visitors travelling from South Bali. From areas such as Sanur, Kuta, Nusa Dua and Benoa, the route can lead via the Bali Mandara Toll Road, Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai and Jl. Prof. Dr. Ida Bagus Mantra, making Official BALI SWING® a convenient stop before continuing towards Ubud or the Kintamani area.
2. Real Bali Swing – Bongkasa, West of Ubud
Real Bali Swing operates in Bongkasa, West of Ubud, in the Ayung River area.
The location now operating as Real Bali Swing was once home to the original BALI SWING® park. Following the separation of the businesses in December 2019, it has operated separately and is no longer the official BALI SWING® location. Today, the official BALI SWING® park is located in Sidan Village, East of Ubud.
The setting includes the Ayung River canyon, river views and dense tropical vegetation. The attraction offers a collection of swings and constructed photo spots, including single and adrenaline-style swings, a bed swing, a romantic swing and nests.
Some swings are connected to palms while others use purpose-built structures. The Single Ticket is IDR 650K and includes access to all swings and photo spots. Photography and dress rental are optional extras.
The clearest difference from Official BALI SWING® in Sidan is the setting and character of the experience: Bongkasa offers an Ayung River canyon environment, while Sidan combines natural palm-tree swings with more open jungle and authentic rice-terrace scenery.
3. Bali Swing Pioneer – Bongkasa, West of Ubud
Bali Swing Pioneer is a separate swing attraction in Bongkasa, West of Ubud.
The park offers seven attractions, including a Single Swing, Romantic Swing, Bed Swing, Sky Bed, Chicken Nest, Bird Nest and Romantic Boat Lagoon. The setting overlooks the Ayung River canyon.
The Single Ticket is IDR 300K and includes access to all swings and photo spots. Photography, dress rental and food options are charged separately. This makes Pioneer a budget option among the multi-attraction swing parks in this comparison.
All single swings at Bali Swing Pioneer are mounted on purpose-built metal structures rather than suspended between natural palm trees. This creates a different swing experience from the natural flying-between-palms sensation at Official BALI SWING®.
4. Alas Harum – Tegallalang, North of Ubud
Alas Harum is a different type of Bali swing experience. The destination developed from its Balinese coffee and luwak-coffee business into a larger tourism complex with swings, photo spots, additional activities and Cretya, which is part of the same complex.
Its major location advantage is genuine Tegallalang Rice Terrace scenery. This is important because a Tegallalang address does not necessarily mean an attraction overlooks the famous rice terraces.
The swings are predominantly extreme-style attractions, including Super Extreme Swing, Single Angel Swing, Couple Face Swing, Couple Swing and Bed Swing. The extreme swings require a full safety harness worn over the clothing. Only the Bed Swing uses a safety belt instead.
For guests wearing casual clothes, the full harness may make little difference. For flying-dress photography, however, the harness remains visible over the dress and can make it harder to achieve the clean, flowing look typically associated with flying-dress photos.
Alas Harum uses an individual-attraction pricing model. Visitors pay an entrance fee and then pay separately for each attraction they want to use. At standard prices, the lowest cost to enter and use one swing is approximately IDR 334K: IDR 70K entrance plus IDR 263,813 for the Single Angel Swing.
For comparison, the Official BALI SWING® Single Ticket is IDR 400K and includes unlimited access to all 12 swings and photo attractions.
For travelers who prefer extreme experiences and adrenaline over the natural flying sensation, freedom of movement and swinging between natural palm trees surrounded by tropical jungle and authentic rice terraces, Alas Harum offers a distinctly different type of Bali swing experience.
5. Aloha Ubud Swing – North of Ubud
Aloha Ubud Swing is located north of Ubud along Jalan Raya Tegallalang and offers several swings and constructed photo attractions.
A Tegallalang address does not necessarily mean a view of the famous Tegallalang Rice Terraces. Aloha is located before the famous rice-terrace area. Its surroundings consist of a smaller valley, vegetation and terraced landscape rather than the well-known Tegallalang panorama farther north.
The attraction includes adrenaline, single, tandem and bed-style swings together with nests and other photo spots. The Single Ticket is IDR 400K and includes access to all swings and photo spots. Unlike Official BALI SWING®, Aloha does not offer special Couple or Family Ticket prices. Photography and dress rental are optional extras, and an a la carte restaurant is available.
Aloha may suit travelers already heading north from Ubud, while Official BALI SWING® in Sidan can be better positioned for many visitors approaching Ubud from the east or from South Bali.
6. Swing Heaven – Bongkasa, West of Ubud
Swing Heaven is a dedicated swing attraction in Bongkasa, West of Ubud, with a predominantly jungle setting.
The location sits within a relatively narrow, forested river canyon. The result is a more enclosed tropical background rather than the broad rice-terrace landscapes associated with Tegallalang or Sidan.
The Single Ticket is IDR 530K and includes access to all swings and photo spots. Photography is not offered as a dedicated in-house photo package; guests can use their own phones and staff may assist with taking pictures.
7. Zen Hideaway – Bongkasa, West of Ubud
Zen Hideaway is included because it shows how different a “Bali swing” experience can be.
It is not a dedicated swing park. Zen Hideaway is a villa property with one swing overlooking the Ayung River canyon.
Photo Service, flying dresses and styling packages are not part of the swing experience; visitors who want these elements need to arrange them independently.
Zen Hideaway can make sense for someone who wants a villa stay that includes one swing, but it is a fundamentally different product from visiting a dedicated multi-attraction swing park.

Which Bali Swing Experience Is Right for You?
There is no single type of swing attraction across Bali. The most useful question is not simply “Which one is cheapest?” or “Which one is closest to Ubud?” but what kind of experience you want.
If you want extreme rides combined with genuine Tegallalang Rice Terrace scenery, Alas Harum offers that type of experience. If you want a villa stay with one swing overlooking the Ayung River canyon, Zen Hideaway is a different category.
If you are looking for the Official BALI SWING® experience – flying between natural palm trees, tropical scenery, authentic rice terraces, multiple swings and photo spots, unlimited access, timed booking and optional photo, video and dress services – the official park is in Sidan Village, East of Ubud.
